Refund, Returns, and Delivery Policy

At Velocity Padel, we strive to provide the best service possible. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase or need assistance with a return, we’re here to help.


Delivery

We aim to fulfill all orders promptly. If the product is in stock, items are dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order. Once dispatched, delivery may take between 1-3 working days. Please note that deliveries may experience delays around public holidays and major sale events like Black Friday.

Deliveries to remote areas may incur an additional charge.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery’s progress.


Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We will happily exchange an item for another of the same or greater value, the customer would pay the difference.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us, and we’ll arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
  • Returns for Refunds: If you wish to return an item for a refund, we can arrange a collection for a R150 return fee, or you can send the item back to us through your own service provider. The refund will exclude the original shipping cost.

Non-returnable items:

  • Balls
  • Grips
  • Gift Cards (cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@velocitypadel.co.za. Please don’t send your item back without first contacting us, as this will delay the process.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 5 working days to be processed through our third-party payment system.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items, except in cases of product exchanges.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as the goods remain your responsibility until we receive and sign for them.
